PACKING

Packing in white cardboard boxes with our logo is included in the shipping price. 

DELIVERY

In order for your orders to arrive as soon as possible, we send them through various delivery services. Customer receives a tracking number with which one can check the status of the shipment at any time.

Estimated delivery times: 

Croatia – up to 3 working days. Delivery to islands can take longer.
Europe – up to 10 working days
USA and other countries – 2 to 4 weeks

Kewik is not responsible for delays in delivery. Please note that weather, local customs office procedures and other possible causes of delay are beyond our control.

If you need your order delivered sooner than the times stated above, we can ship via Express delivery. This service is charged separately. 

Local customs fees:

Please note local customs fees are not included in the price given by Kewik, and should be payed by the buyer according to local laws and instructions given by your local customs office. Please check your local import laws and regulations before ordering.
